Third reading of a Bill to Define a Hit & Run and Accident
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The following act listed shall be recognized, and can result in a serious punishment if necessary: Hit & Run, and accident. Both shall be stated as either a felony or misdemeanor).
SECTION 2: Anyone who commits this act can be prosecuted with the proper justifications. Drivers who are involved in an accident shall be required to stay at the scene of an accident; fleeing the scene of an accident shall be recognized as a felony hit & run which can result in a very serious charge. Drivers who do a felony hit & run can face jail; the amount of time in jail will depend on the severity of the crime, which means that law enforcement personnel shall be tasked with deciding the proper time for subjects who commit a hit & run.
Section 2A: A hit & run shall be defined as: The act of fleeing the scene of a car accident; involves the victim of the accident, and the one responsible for the accident. (Considered as a felony if committed).
Section 2B: An accident shall be defined as: A motor vehicle collision between two vehicles that include the driver that is responsible for the accident, and the driver who is the victim of the accident. (Drivers who are responsible for accidents can be charged with a misdemeanor depending on the severity of the accidents. Law enforcement personnel shall be tasked with deciding the proper justifications for drivers who are responsible for accidents).
Section 2D: In the act of an accident, the driver who is responsible for the accident will be required to check on the victim of the accident to ensure that he/she is okay.
Section 2E: If critical injuries are involved in an accident, then the Firestone State Patrol, Sheriff’s Office, or Fire Department will be required to respond to the scene of the motor vehicle accident.
SECTION 3: The Firestone State Patrol, Sheriff’s Office, Fire Department, and Department of Homeland Security shall enforce this legislation. The following stated below shall define:

Section 3D: Fire Department shall be defined as: https://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=2805393
(Responds to accidents with critical injuries).
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
