Rules|
All these rules must be followed or their will be punishments.The punishments are stated below too.
1. You must call a HR what they want you to call them. This includes a nickname, their roblox name, real life name and Sir or Ma'am.
2. Don't disrespect HR's during any event or outside of group events, this will lead to demotion depending on what has happend.
3. Respect every member in VR, even if they are a lower rank.
4. When at events, make sure to listen to the HR's. If you do not obey what they say, you may be demoted or kicked.
Shout tags|
The shout tags are very simple. Every HR needs to know this, and if you want to be HR you will need to know this.
RAID| This tag is to be used when raiding.
TRAIN| This is to be used when hosting a training.
RALLY| This shout tag is to be used when rallying to raid.
MSG| This shout tag is used when you are saying a message.
MEETING| This shout tag is to be used when there is a meeting.
DEFEND| This shout tag is to be used when there is a defence.
Make sure to add a link and when you do this, remove the worse after the numbers.
E.g https://www.roblox.com/games/606849621/Meadows would become https://www.roblox.com/games/606849621/-. This is to stop shouts being hash tagged.
Uniform|
All members are required to buy the uniform, if you do not have robux you can ask olqe for a group fund donation or change your avatar's colours to all black on the outside and a red torso.
Promotion system|
Our promotion system is one of the olden ones, from L| Insurgent to L| Prodigy you are required to show skill, respect and understanding. From M| Vanguard to M| Master, you are required to show respect, grammar, skill, teamwork and leadership. After reaching Master, you are able to co-host trainings with a High Rank and host trainings with a H| Justicar + supervising. You will need to host a minimum of 3 training's before becoming a High Rank.
