■ Explaining The System
Legion Bavarian’s new ranking system. This ranking system provides a fairer, non-bias way of ranking up. Yes of course this means getting promoted will be harder, of course it will, but this means that the rank you are shows your ability, obedience and loyalty, as you have took time out to rank up and have earned your title.
So every LB event you attend you will gain points, points will be earned for how well you have behaved, performed, and for your punctuality (being on time).
For example.
I host a training,
You would get a point for attending, this is if your lateness isn’t extraordinary, if you attend this means you have automatically gained a point But you must stay until the end of the training for that point to be valid (unless you notify a HR with an acceptable reason for your absence).
The next category you could earn points in would be your maturity. This means that HR’s will monitor your behavior throughout the training. A point will be awarded for using correct grammar. And a point will be awarded for following all rules, and if PTS is in effect then abiding by that. Following all rules, would mean general behavior, staying within formations like STS and SFL, and just generally behaving well.
The final category in which points can be earned will be how well you perform during the training, don’t expect to earn points if your KDR is negative every event, points will be awarded for teamwork and KDR (basically combat related things).
Breakdown:
Attendance = 1
Grammar = 2
Behavior = 3
Combat = 4-5
LP will be recorded in the old rally center which is now the Data Base
During raids the way this point system will be given is simple:
Attendance = 2
MVP = 4
Note: MVPs wont be necessarily chosen on KDR. So don't you even think about going for kills during a raid.

■ High Rank System
To become a Captain you must go through the Officer Academy, simple as that. Once you've graduated from the academy your progress will be recorded as an officer as in how active you are, your maturity, your leadership capabilities, etc.
In order to get to O2, you must be active. Host training's constantly come to raids, etc.
For O3, you must request to be tested as this rank is given to those who are able to host raids. That is right, once you are O3 you may host a raid. Note: For the other ranks if there is a defense going on you may host it. Just not an offensive raid.
For O4, you must be chosen by a General to become their assistant. Generals may only choose two.
General, leaders of certain departments such a Diplomacy, Training, War, etc. Only chosen by Overlord and the Emperor himself
Overlord, the Emperors right and left hand.

■ E1 - 0 LP
■ E2 - 10 LP (or doing the entrance course)
