I am an Roblox Player that Loves Avatar the Last Airbending and has seen All Episode in the T.V. and the Movie,
I have not been in the ATLA for a long time but I do not think that at least 5 Months count?
My Current Rank is a Citizen for Several Months

The Mode that wants me to be a Council of Water Tribe is that I can Share My Wisdom with other people that are new to the Area and to the Game, I want to Protect the Fo####a########o###i######t even more
You don't have to chose someone over me, I have a least tried to get some people to trust me and have some people but if u have to you Can Choose me, I can Help the People that I can try to Protect over my Own Life,
That We should have some people who knowns a lot of the Avatar the Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra, It would be a Great Honor to serve the People of the Water Tribes and the Council
The Negatives that can Hold me back is that the Whole Water Nation was all killed and no way to bring back
There is no one o the ATLA that I dislike

I Think The Water Council Role Is That They Help People And They Keep The Water Tribe Strong And Ready For A Fight.
