I think anyone has the potential to start a clan. Just as long as you are consistently leading by example and doing what it takes to get members trained and ready.

with a good 50k-100k robux you should be able to have just about anything developed. although just by basic probability you'll likely find somebody willing to dev for free given enough time and recruitment. this requires some basic social skills however. also make sure you're diligent and work on a structure. development of a clan can take time, so make sure to have patience because you could be doing everything yourself for a while. https://www.roblox.com/catfish-in-a-skillet-item?id=391505320
