A Bill to Recognize Swerving
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section 1: This legislation shall recognize the act of swerving on the roads. The act of swerving on the roads shall be considered as a misdemeanor.
Section 2: This legislation shall make sure that drivers acknowledge the consequences for swerving their vehicles on the roads, and in the lanes on the roads. Drivers must maintain control of their vehicle in the lanes that they're in, otherwise they can face consequences.
Section 2A: Swerving on the roads shall be defined as: The act of intentionally or unintentionally making your vehicle swerve across lanes, and on the road itself.
Section 2B: Swerving on the roads shall result in:
Section 2B.1: First Violation: (Warning)
Section 2B.2: Second Violation: ($50 Citation; misdemeanor charge)
Section 2B.3: Third Violation: ($100 Citation; misdemeanor charge)
Section 2B.4: Four or More Violations: ($200 Citation; misdemeanor charge)
Section 3: This legislation shall be enforced by the Firestone State Patrol, Sheriff’s Office, Department of Corrections, and Department of Homeland Security. The Department of Corrections shall only enforce this legislation in their own jurisdiction; prison area.

Section 3D: The Department of Homeland Security shall be defined as: https://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=2803370
Section 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.
Section 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
