BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF DOCKLANDS LEGISLATURE HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: PREAMBLE: If any law enforcement is in danger while arresting, this will allow more control, and prevent letting the subject(s) escape while being cuffed. SECTION I: BoR.III shall be amended to the following: "ADMENDMENT III: All citizens have the right to proper treatment from law enforcement. Before being detained, this following must be read: You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you. Optional questions may be added, to make the rights of the following citizen(s) clear, the following optional questions are: Do you understand the rights that I just read to you? Keeping your rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me now? If any law life(s) are in danger, then the right for proper treatment will be exempt. If anyone tries to kill the subject(s) or if the subject(s) tries to kill their self, the right for proper treatment will be exempt. The Government of the State of Docklands may not deny any individual the right to life, liberty, and property. The State and Local Governments must treat all individuals fairly under Due Process of Law" SECTION II: This amendment shall be enforced by law enforcement(s).
