BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF DOCKLANDS CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: PREAMBLE: This will allow more control of traffic, and will allow law enforcement to run a background check for everyone that passes through the checkpoint. SECTION 1: A check(remove)point shall be legalized. SECTION 2: A check(remove)point shall be defined as: A road block that blocks traffic, any car that wants to pass the roadblock, must go through a check if law enforcement want. SECTION 2A: If a person(s) do not comply with going through a check, they can be arrested for FRP. SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by: Docklands Police Department and their sub-division(s) Docklands Department of State Troopers Docklands Department of Homeland Security Docklands Department of National Guard SECTION 4: This legislation shall go in effect immediately once signed.
