*I was told by someone that NUSA had banned planes and such in their warzones, so I decided to create this bill to uplift the ban.*
Section 1. This act shall hereby be called the "Lifting Ban of Plan Warfare in Warzones Act of 2017" or "LBPWWA" for short. This bill has been created with the recommendation of a citizen, and Vinblob is the only one to officially create this bill. This bill shall be date##### the 12th of May, in the year 2017, or May 12th, 2017.
Section 2. Incase plane warfare is really banned from our warzones, this bill shall hereby uplift this ban. Having a ban like this is silly, unless our military fears illegality in the commission of certain types of air warfare. Therefore, this ban should be found incompetent & inconsistent. USM leaders from now on shall consult Congress and/or the Federal Government as a whole, when putting bans on any type of warfare. This shall limit the unnecessary bandage of warfare that is found to be safe and useable.
Section 3. This bill shall commit to a law if Congress passes a majority on it, and the President signs it, or if the President vetoes it, Congress overrides it with a 2/3 majority in concurrence. This bill shall fail if Congress does not come to a majority, or if the President vetoes it and Congress fails to reach a 2/3 majority in concurrence of passing the bill.
