Welcome to the Interview Guide. This Guide will give you all of the steps on how to interview someone.
-Rules-
|1| Grammar should be accepted inside, and outside of the interviews. Failing to follow this rule, will be a fail.
|2| Respect all of your staff and co-workers.Failing to follow this rule, will be a fail, and kicked from the server.
|3| You mush answer each answer within 50 seconds after being asked a question. If you went over the limits, that would be a fail.
|4| Please be seated while our Interviewee's select a worker. If not following this rule will lead with a fail, and kicked from the server.
|5| Please try not to be AFK while they are doing interviews. If you are called by a interviewee, you will be kicked off the server.
-Questions-
|1| How would you introduce yourself?
|2| What characteristics do you obtain?
|3| Why should we hire you?
|4| have you had any experience with any other cafes?
|5| Correct this sentence: i luv sweets and enjy thee cfe11
-Procedure-
When the safe chat test and rules are finished, select on person at a random seat and tell them to follow you. Tell the interviewee to seat in the chair, then begin the interview. You might also want to ask your interviewees if they have any questions before you begin, then proceed to ask the interview questions. Judge them relatively harshly on their response time and correct grammar usage, as we want fast and professional baristas. Also, judge them on how thoughtful their answers appear. If they pass, tell them congrats and let them follow you to get promoted. If failed, tell them what they did wrong, and tell them they can come next session. If they fail to leave the center, just kick them.
-Extras/Tips-
|1| If they make a mistake on there sentence, give them time to fix their error. Fail to do that subtract a point.
|2| Look for more present grammar and vocabulary.
|3| Judge responses based on these factors: response time, grammar usage, and the relevance of the answer.
