This guide will teach you how to interview and how to Host/Co-Host interviews.
Remember that General Management+ can interview!

(Hosting/Co-hosting)
Only Administration Team+ are allowed to Host interviews/trainings.
Only Executive Management+ are allowed to Co-Host interviews/trainings.
The host must make a group shout before interviews begin announcing that the server is slocked and that interviews will begin.
Before the Host slocks the server:
(INTERVIEW ANN) Interviews will begin shortly! If you want a job at Best burgers join the Interview Centre now!
When the Host slocks the server:
(INTERVIEW ANN) The Interview Centre is now slocked! Anyone who couldn't make it feel free to attend the next one!

(Questions)
1) Do you have any questions or concerns before we begin?
2) Why do you want to work for Best burgers?
3) What other companies have you worked for that are similar to Mixed?
4) What will you do to benefit Best Burgers?
5) What are some note worthy characteristics you posses?
6) On a scale of 1-10 how good is your grammar and activeness?
7) Would you follow a HR's order?
8) What goals would you like to pursue while working with us?
9) What would you do if someone started trolling?
10) Do you have any final questions?

(Rules)
1) In order to pass you must have excellent grammar and punctuation. If you do not use grammar and punctuation then it is highly likely you will fail.
2) Don't be rude, if you are rude to someone being interviewed or are rude to your interviewer, you will be kicked.
3)Don't cause drama, if you fail your interview then please stay calm and attend the next interviews. Do not start causing drama or you will be kicked.
4) If you do not reply to the interviewers question within 40 seconds, you will be kicked for being AFK.

(Interviews)
-The host will slock the server as soon as the interview time has been reached.
-The host/co-host will then use :m to go over the interview rules.
-Once all the rules have been read out, the host/co-host will use the :m command to tell interviewees to spam the word 'f90k'. This is to see if anyone has safe chat. If someone does have safe chat then they will be kicked.
-After the safe chat test is complete, interviewers will randomly choose 1-2 people to interview.
-When everyone has been interviewed, trainers who are unable to rank will name their interviewees 'Passed' so that a HR can come and rank them.
-The host will then conclude interviews by writing on the shout and shutting down the server.

(Hosting/Co-Hosting)
When interviews conclude, everyone will be dismissed from the Interview Centre and the server will shut down. The Host or Co-Host will then make an announcement on the group shout informing people that interviews are finished.
When interviews conclude:
(INTERVIEW ANN) Interviews have concluded! Thank you to those who attended and congratulations to everyone that passed!
