Messages to inform about action taken after reports

Honestly, I feel like there should be automated messages that tell you if a person you reported has been banned or warned. It'd be a really neat feature in case you want to know if action has been taken against the person you reported. It's just a simple feature that I think could answer the simple question: "Are mods and admins doing their job?"
