I am DESPERATE to change my username but i dont have 1000 robux to do so. I'm really paranoid that im gonna get banned for my username because people do report me for it. i dont think my username is at all bad, i dont have any bad intentions at all with this username but im still paranoid. I've spent a lot of money on roblox and have met so many good people who i have on my friends list, the last thing i want is to be banned. If i had 1000 robux, i would change it, but i dont. I will change my username as soon as i get 1000 ###### I'm sure theres people on roblox in a similar situation. Also, whats the point in charging people so much robux to change their username? It's unnecessary in my opinion |

But to be honest, I don't really support. Some guy could be trolling, then if a mod comes, they can just change their name and just not even get any punishment. I do agree with it being too much, but still.

I used this username because i didnt think i was gonna start playing roblox as a regular thing. I wasnt really bothered to think of something creative. I had low expectations for roblox so i just did this username because my friend came up with it. Also, i thought you could change your username for free but when i actually found out how to do it, i didnt have enough robux but by that point i already made friends on this account and bought cool stuff so im stuck with this username until i get robux, which would be sometime next week i think. By the way, would 'hydraulic_fracturing' be an acceptable username? I assume so... |

my username is "unique" and all but I dislike it for the nicknames I can get. I'd much rather change my name atleast ONCE, but no. Roblox wants us to spend 1k on it.
Honestly, they could do something like "You get one free name change, then you have to pay to ever change it again". |

I absolutely agree with the one free name change. Also, i think that if someone gets banned for their username, they have a chance to change it but the name they enter must be approved by a moderator [no bots, that would be stupid] before they can reactivate their account. I also think that the rules for your roblox username should be specific because i was trying to look for rules for usernames but all it said was 'no inappropriate usernames', that could be anything. For example, some people love my username, some think its acceptable and others think that i should get banned for it. I don't know what usernames are acceptable and what isn't [apart from the obvious]. Also, i hope that 'hydraulic_fracturing' is an acceptable username because i plan to change it to that. |

Although, on the other hand, I've been temporarily banned with this account for something unrelated to my username, and if i didn't get another ban for my name even though a moderator saw my name then 'hailsatan_666' might be acceptable. Unless bans are given out by bots then that would be plain stupid. |
