I believe letting him in is practically telling every VAC that they are useless, took me a year to get through VAC (eventually stayed in VAK for 2 1/2 more years). I put in hours every day of hardwork, proving myself. Then if someone as rodger was just accepted in instantly because he doesn't have the time, wow! it's just a block game any way so it doesn't matter much someone mind catching me up on this war
