For me it's either the 90s or the 2000s. I'm kinda leaning towards the 2000s because a lot of great albums were released (The Black Parade, College Dropout, Songs About Jane) and Pop music was extremely catchy in both the vocal performance and in the instrumental.
The 90s are a close second because the albums released were really good, but not as good as the ones released in the 2000s.
imo the worst decade for music would be the 2010's (mainly the charts are awful) |

The 2000s, I really like metal and bands like that.
Such as Slipknot, System of a Down, KoRn, etc.
XTentacion and that kind of "singers" need to die.
