Councillors, I am here to propose the Department of State arrest tool for the 2nd time.
I'd like to get into detail of what happened last term when I passed the bill.
When the bill passed last term Paul agreed to a # #### ##### for the arrest tool to see if there would be any rogues/complaints, during the week DSS used the arrest tool with extreme caution, towards the end of the 7 days (day 5 to be exact) someone was paid by PS - 35 to go rogue and therefore the arrest tools was removed from the whole department.
I am back to re-propose the arrest tool, mainly for the Diplomatic security service, I'd like to remind all of you that the Department of State is 85 - 90% made up of Diplomatic security, For those who don't know what is diplomatic security? I will tell you.
The Diplomatic security service is an official law enforcement agency with protects ambassadors and high ranking state officials, they constantly carry arrest tools to make arrests to any threats surrounding them.
Last term I've gotten many questions asked, so I'd like to answer them for you.
"Why cant DSS just get a team?"
Good question, this is a temporary solution to the problem of ambassadors constantly being shot, if the arrest tool trail goes well I will gladly propose a team, It also takes time for the team to be implemented.
"But foreign ambassadors could go rogue!"
That is very true but if you take a look at the security precautions and restrictions foreign and even US ambassadors have the likeliness of an ambassador going rogue is very slim, to start off all ambassadors must be approved by the President of the United States & must be approved by the senate, ambassadors are not regular people who apply for the job.
This term:
"But spy you wanted the DoS HQ removed!"
Yes, I did because I did believe that the DoS did not use it as much, but was it to be biased against the department of state? no, The Mayor veto'd it and I shortly regretted presenting it, but should Diplomatic security get their desired tools? Yes.

dds have been shutdown and revamped too many times for it to be considered anything legitimate, propose a bill to have hls or some other LE agency give protection to ambassadors as dss is trash |

@Father You are wrong, It has only been shutdown one time under Secretary Aerium in its lifetime, the Diplomatic security agency maintains its activity and has no plans for shutting down in the near future. |
