Using SSC doesn't send the message to the server
It sends something like this /sc 1
The client then replaces it with the corresponding phrase from their safechat.xml file
Everyone sees what their safechat.xml file contains
So if you change "Hello" to "Goodbye", you'll see "Goodbye" and everyone else will see "Hello"
TL;DR - Changing your safechat.xml won't change the message displayed to other users |
