It should state in roblox when you sign up, that if you get hacked or scammed, you should be able to have more than one account rollback, I know its a policy roblox have been doing for years, but if someone gets hacked or their email does, it shouldn't be a one time thing because people can't help it from happening.
But also, for a website worth millions you would expect one better security (I had 2nd verification on and lost over 90k) But also to have a better system, and for if someones account being terminated to actually come back instead of someone asking for it back, and they don't do it.
It's stupid reasons that they're done this for....
