Remove/Fix ROBLOX Safechat

Because its VERY stupid, and a ton of words get censored, even if your account is 13+. It only helps a little bit if your account IS 13+. To fix up the safechat, then make it so you can say more words that aren't bad and ONLY censor the bad words. If remove then ok.

easier said than done the reason the current filter is so bad isn't because it's too simple but because it is too complicated.

Most numbers are tagged from Safechat, I personally agree with this article, as if "damn" and "hell" aren't censored it doesn't make sense why simple words are, Safechat is messed up badly.
