A BILL TO MAKE ATTEMPTED MURDER ILLEGAL
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF BLOCKTON CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION I:
1st, 2nd and 3rd degree attempted murder within the State of Blockton shall be deemed illegal.
SECTION II:
1st degree attempted murder shall be defined as the premeditated and with malice intentions to murder someone, however, failing to kill them due to whatever reason.
2nd degree attempted murder shall be defined as an unplanned (not premeditated) and with malice intentions to hurt or even kill the individual but failing to do so.
3rd degree attempted murder shall be defined as the unplanned (not premeditated) and without malice intentions to kill someone but ending in trying to kill them for whatever reason and failing to do so.
SECTION III:
Penalties:
1st degree attempted murder: Incarceration (rank) and a warrant for 5-7 days, depending on that the jury/justice deems fit.
2nd degree murder: Incarceration (rank) and a warrant for 4-6 days, depending on what the jury/justice deems fit.
3rd degree murder: Incarceration (rank) and a warrant for 2-4 days depending on what the jury/justice deems fit.

SECTION V:
This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing.
SECTION VI:
All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
