If the game had a smaller fanbase, I'd be all for it! Unfortunately, that isn't the case. It'd be a very tedious job for the image moderators. Can you imagine declining an image and then having to write a reason as to why? I have a feeling that efficiency is what they are going for, and by implementing such a system, moderating images wouldn't be as efficient.
