Studio stuck on getting the latest roblox

both my player and my studio get stuck on the getting the latest roblox part of loading I think I'm in a bit of trouble because it does that even when I try to uninstall it...

Try going to app data and deleting your roblox folder, and then downloading roblox again. idk if it will work but whatever
