Code of Conduct
At Vicky's Cafe, we want everyone to get along. In this case, we want everyone to feel welcome, happy and joyful throughout the groups' games. We want everyone to follow these rules and help Vicky's Cafe to be a professional, strong group with unique, phenomena people and a wonderful environment. Please read all of this carefully, and keep it in mind. Thank you. :)
No Drama At All:
It is prohibited at the Cafe especially around Customers. We have zero tolerance of drama. We want you all to get along including the Customers, causing drama will have consequences such as demotion, suspension and so forth. If you cause drama as a Customer/Guest, you will be kicked/and or banned (If needed.) from the server.
Do Not Hint For Promotions:
We know you all would love to become a MR/HR here at Vicky's Cafe, but of course you will need to work for it. Hinting is against the rules for promotions in any way. That includes saying, "May you please come and see how I am working?" to a HR, or anything on the lines of that. This could cause demotions if it happens more than once, you may even end up on the DNI list. (Do Not Interview.)
No Trolling:
Trolling is strongly prohibited at Vicky's Cafe. If you troll you will be kicked/and or banned. As a Staff, if you are caught trolling in any way, shape or form, you will be demoted instantly. We will start handing out warnings, if you do troll. You will be kicked/and or banned (If needed.) from the server straight away.
Admin Abusing:
This goes for the MRs/HRs, there are some MRs/HRs out there who do Admin Abuse or AA. If you are caught abusing you will be investigated, demoted and you will end up in the DNI list. (If very serious.) Examples of AA'ing are :fling, :kidnap, :nuke, :kill and other "fun commands".
Grammar:
Grammar will be strictly used at Vicky's Cafe, failure to use grammar will lead to warnings or a demotion. Vicky's Cafe is strictly wanting grammar because it shows professionalism.
