Introduced on the 28th of May 2017. After discussion with the High Command of the ROBLOX Special Forces, we have decided to reinstate the High Rank code of Conduct. Within this document, all these rules and regulations are to be followed by all High Ranks, ranging from Colonel to General (some exceptions may be made per rank, can be found lower down). As a high rank of the ROBLOX Special Forces, you are to act in a manner which can be both approachable and respecting. ▬▬▬▬▬ Code of Conduct: [1] Training and Events: In order for us to maintain activity and meet the demands of the members of RSF, High Ranks are to host [at least] *two successful* trainings a week. This does not stop you from hosting more than two trainings a day. The figure of two is just a benchmark thad has been set by the High Command. (This rule applies to both Colonel and Brigadiers. Lieutenant Generals and Generals are to only host *one* training a week.) Colonels, Brigadiers and Lieutenant Generals must hold at least one patrol at Arvore for 30 minutes a week. This would require the High Rank to actively be at the fort and engage with any members that may be there. [2] Rank Abilities Each rank of the high ranks have their own abilities, what they are able to do and what they are not able to do, below- it will show the roles in which each rank have. Colonel: This rank is the first rank of high ranks, after graduating from the Academy, the role of a Colonel is to host trainings, ensuring that they are organised and being run effectively, as well as that, Colonels are to be sure to involve themselves in regular patrols at the base. Colonels are to listen to commands given to them by a Brigadier, Lieutenant General or a General. Of course, an LTG can overwrite an order given by a Brigadier, similarly to how a General can overwrite a command given by a Lieutenant General. Brigadier: This rank is the second rank of the high ranks, in order to reach this rank, a Colonel must be able to constantly host organised trainings and be able to main a suitable and professional image of themselves and how they are showing RSF. With the regular duties that of a Colonel that a Brigadier will have to meet, a Bridgadier is able to host raids on clans (approved by a General), as well as that- they are to monitor the group wall of RSF. Brigadiers are also given admin at the main base in order to moderate the server. Lieutenant General: This is the third rank of the high ranks, this rank is also the first of the administrative ranks- Lieutenant Generals are appointed to a General, in order to serve and learn the aspects of their department, and how it works. Lieutenant Generals are able to command both Brigadiers and Colonels. General: This is the third rank of the high ranks, Generals are one of the highest ranks in the group, and they are required to moderate and ensure that RSF runs smoothly in their respective departments. Generals are to be loyal to only the ROBLOX Special Forces, making RSF their top priority as there will always be a lot of obstacles to tackle when being a General. Grand General: This is the rank of overall control, people in this rank are able to opt-out of certain things with reasonable and valid reasons. Grand Generals are to ensure that the clan is running smoothly and that everything is in tact. [3] Uniform Policy In order to main formility, whenever a high rank is representing the ROBLOX Special Forces, they are to wear uniform- whether this be at a training, patrol, joint event, raid etc. Once in the RSF uniform, high ranks must be aware that they are representing RSF and should act at their best. To keep things looking nice in the main group, it is adviced that high ranks wear their uniforms when going offline, in order to show to the lower ranks that they are representing RSF- as well as showing how much dedication they show to the group. [4] Grammar and maturity When to use it? When you are in an environment which should be taken seriously, for example- at an allied event in which everyone is using grammar and acting proper. Failure to follow any of these rules can result in a punishment. Please be sure to follow these rules! Thank you, - RSF Grand General Vermilions
