In accordance with the new Reconnaissance command, a new guide has been created in order to show what you must do in your rank. What this new guide constitutes is your duties and roles within the group.
This being said, there are new requirements for each rank, which will be explained in this guide in-depth.
-[ RECON ASSIMILATION GUIDE]-
- A Recon must hold the rank of Corporal in the Vaktovian Empire.
- A Recon must be as active as possible in his specialised division
- A Recon must be capable of doing both administrative tasks, aswel as combatitive tasks.
-[RECON THIRD CLASS]-
Requirements:
-Actively spends time with the Empire
- CPL+
During your time as a Recon Third Class you will be tested and trained during ' The Five Phases of Recon'. These five phases are explained in-depth during your training. During your time in this rank you will be trained in long range fighting in, in several weapon. Failure on third try during a phase will result in removal from this unit, and you will not be accepted in for two weeks. If you manage to pass ' The Five Phases of Recon ', and if deemed worthy by the Overseer, you will be promoted to Recon Second Class.
-[RECON SECOND CLASS]-
Requirements:
- Passed "The Five Phases of Recon"
- Actively spends time with the unit
As a Recon Second Class, you will be training with the recon third classes. You are allowed to help the hosts at trainings, aswel as come up with ideas that the host can use during this training. You are to show VACs and lower ranked Vaktovians what Recon is, and you are to help people with long-range fighting. Once you've shown that you are capable of leading a small squad of scouts, you wil be promoted to Recon First Class.
-[RECON FIRST CLASS]-
Requirements:
- Passed "The Five Phases of Recon"
- Actively spends time with the unit
- SGT+
As a Recon First Class, you regularly take lead of squads. Leading squads can variate between combat and administrative tasks, such as creating scouting reports for operations and invasions. You are to report progress to either the Recon Officer, Captain, or Overseer. To remain in this rank you must show you are worthy of leading scouts, and you must be as active as possible.
-[RECON OFFICER]-
Requirements:
- Captain+
- Passed "The Five Phases of Recon"
- Actively spends time with the unit
As a Recon Officer, your duties will be managing scout-reports from your assigned Recon classes, you are to guide and assist in times when the Captain and the Overseer are not present or busy.
-[RECON CAPTAIN]-
Requirements:
- Captain+ or most active/worthy recon within the unit
- Passed ' The Five Phases of Recon '
- Actively spends time within the unit
- Shows splendid skills in stealth combat
As Recon Captain you are the Second in Command of The Recon Division. This means you will be actively testing people on the Five Phases of Recon, aswel as reporting progress to the Overseer on these phases. You are in charge of training the recon scouts aswel as introducing people to what Recon is, combat wise and administration wise.
