28/05/2017 my Universal Fedora vanished from my inventory. I was playing Vehicle Simulator and my character wasn't spawning with the hat. I went to check my Inventory and it was gone. Then I searched it on the catalog and it appeared the option to buy it, but I had it before...

Hi, If you recently had a Builder's Club membership (which allows you to participate in trading), check your trades and see if the item was traded to another user. You can check that by heading to the trade link on your nav bar to the left and clicking "Completed" in the drop down on the menu. If there are no relevant trades to this issue, check your sales tab by heading to the trade link on your nav bar, clicking "My Transactions" and then clicking "Sales" on the dropdown. If there are a lot of transactions, press "CTRL+F" to search for the name of the item in this menu. You will need to contact [email protected] if your account was compromised. If there are any transactions in either of these menus that you did not approve of, it is best that you contact Roblox Support for assistance. They will be able to return the items or assets that were taken from your account. It is always best to enable 2SV on your account as well as an account pin. check your trades to see if anything weird happened, i see that you're nbc, but still check. if theres nothing there, contact [email protected] about your situation. make sure to use your verified email on your account so they know it's you. they might ask you for any possible screenshots, so if you have any, provide them.
