K-9 Unit Thursday, June 1st, 2017 Fellow Citizens, I would like to introduce the K-9 Unit to Las Vegas, Nevada. I would like to introduce the K-9 Unit to Las Vegas. The dog as well as the scripts are ready providable. The K-9 Units vehicle can be made if needed. The K-9’s job is to specifically trained to assist police and other law-enforcement personnel. Their duties include: Searching for explosives, locating missing people or locating people in distress,protecting their handlers and keeping Citizens away from harm. The K-9 Service requested tools involve: Arrest, tazer, Info tool, K-9(Provable), Vehicle(I can provide if necessary), Door opener(All locations), Spike Trap, Tar-21, P90, G36C, and .50 Cal. The group is currently under construction and will be updated soon. The following updates will include; Emblem, Ranks/Roles, Updated description and uniforms. K-9 units are operated on the federal, state, county, and local level and are utilized for a wide variety of duties, similar to those of other nations. Their duties generally include bomb, and weapon detection and locating missing people or those who are in distress and searches. The dogs used for everyday duties are used to perform specific tasks. Some dogs may also be used by tactical components. Most K-9 agencies in the United States - whether state, county, or local – use K-9s as a means of law enforcement. Often, even the smallest of departments operates a K-9 team of at least one dog, while the officers of more metropolitan cities can be more used to working with dozens. In the former case, dogs usually serve all purposes deemed necessary, most commonly suspect apprehension and locating distressed citizens. In both cases, the dogs are almost always cared for by their specific handlers. K-9s are not often seen by the public, though specialized police vehicles used for carrying dogs may be seen. All K9s are trained to a high level of obedience. They are expected to follow both verbal and hand commands of their handler. The dogs are able to be placed in a "down stay" while the ECO handler converses with the public, yet be ready for immediate recall if necessary. The duties of an Environmental Conservation Officer are recognized as one of the more dangerous law enforcement professions. Because of the nature of their duties, K9s are trained to protect their handlers, fellow Officers, and the public from harm. It should be noted that in spite of the seriousness of this training, the K9s remain social and professional in public. A K9 officer’s responsibilities are those of a general police officer, except that they are carried out with a police dog. K-9’s may accompany their human partners on traffic stops, responding to assistance calls or emergencies, apprehending suspects, and acting as a representative of the police force in public engagements. A K9 officer’s responsibilities go beyond shift hours. A police dog is the officer’s partner at home and at work. A police dog typically becomes one of the family, forming a bo####ith family members. It is a felony to assault or kill a federal law enforcement animal, and it is a crime in most states to assault or kill a police animal. Yet despite common belief, police dogs are not treated as police officers for the purpose of the law, and attacking a police dog is not punishable in the same manner as attacking a police officer. Signed, ForeignTRE But I do not agree with some aspects, one in particular; The K-9 Service requested tools involve: Arrest, tazer, Info tool, K-9(Provable), Vehicle(I can provide if necessary), Door opener(All locations), Spike Trap, Tar-21, P90, G36C, and .50 Cal. Door opener, P90, and .50 Cal. shouldn't be active within this division, you're essentially just a v2 of the basic police.
