well yeah, but i mean I'm looking for better ways to invest my time other than sitting on the road blocks dot co###n###anting about awful Windows is and saying my OS is undoubtedly better than Windows*
* well, it is, but that's because of it's designed with "keep it simple, stupid" and all, and takes away things and all in order to expand upon functionality. (no arbitrary damn multi-user thing other than what we need. You got a computer, that one is your own personal computer. Stop making desktop operating systems to mimic 1970s mainframe operating systems, please. It's not that UNIX is bad, it's just that... it's overly complex, in a lot of ways that just don't work smoothly or seamlessly when you're the only one ever going to use the machine. Less on inter-user protection (which doesn't matter on the PC so much) and more on system-level protection, where development resources really should be diverted.)
Main problem right now is I haven't gotten around to doing memory management yet, which is just a little bit of a problem. You know, it's only needed to allow things like programs to run on your computer. Nothing too serious.
