There seems to be a belief that the officers are doing their job correctly and people are not following orders well enough. I have to disagree having been in several servers including our last win.
A raid team is like a sword. Sure it's good if you have a very sharp sword like our elites, but ultimately it comes down to how you use it.
When you lose 70 servers in a row it starts to become clear that the sharpness of the sword isn't the issue, it's the fact we're using it like a hammer. Eventually following orders DOES become an issue because people lose faith in the commands being given as they have failed so many times.
I honestly think we're still very much alive in this war, there just needs to be a total reassessment of how personnel are being matched up to tactics, which is difficult and time consuming unfortunately. |
