KingLukassie has been accused of inactivity in the performance of his duties as Federal Judge and obstruction of justice (see original thread here: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=217683316); as a result, the House of Representatives presented formal Articles of Impeachment which were transmitted to the Senate.
Representing the House was GoBeingBanned, who acted as prosecutor. DavindBenGurion served as defense counsel for KingLukassie and his impeachment trial was conducted with him being present there. The Senate sat as jurors for the impeachment trial over which the President pro tempore presided. The Senate must now vote on the impeachment: if two-thirds of the Senate agree that KingLukassie is guilty of all the charges presented in his impeachment, KingLukassie shall be immediately deposed from his civil office. The video of the trial shall be posted on the trello card located on the Congressional Records Board and shall be posted on the Congressional Communications announcements channel.
Therefore there shall be one vote shall be conducted in this thread:

The charge "obstruction of justice" includes removing another judge from the case's Trello card. I do not see this fit for an impeachment.
Regarding the claim on inactivity, the defendant arrived on time for both parts of the trial–that overrules that claim in my eyes.
