AMENDMENT I.
All citizens of Valston shall have the right to free speech, the right to peaceful protest, the freedom of press, and the freedom to religion.
AMENDMENT II.
All citizens of Valston shall have the right to keep and bear arms.
Citizens may only keep legal weapons in their possession, anyone who has an illegal weapon (including law enforcement), must be arrested.
Citizens do have the right to have legal weapons, however, open carry is illegal, citizens may not carry their gun in their hands, it must be in their inventory, and must only be pulled out when using it for self-defense, etc.
AMENDMENT III.
In times of peace, soldiers may not be quartered in any house, unless granted permission by the owner.
AMENDMENT V.
All citizens have the right to deny unreasonable searches & seizures. If any law enforcement officer has reason to believe that said citizen is engaging in any illegal activity, they may go through the Justice Department and receive a search warrant, once a warrant is received, the officer may search that citizen’s house and personal belongings.
AMENDMENT VI.
In any criminal prosecutions, the accused has the right to a fair trial by jury by their peers, the accused may not represent or be a witness for themselves, they must have their own witnesses and lawyers, if the accused cannot provide their own lawyer, one shall be provided for them.
AMENDMENT VII.
Cruel and unusual punishments shall not be inflicted upon the guilty, any law enforcement officer, or federal judge who is guilty of cruel and unusual punishment is to be fired on sight and put in federal prison.
Cruel and unusual punishment will also consist of excessive bail on jail time.
AMENDMENT VIII.
Hard labor and involuntary servitude shall not exist within Valston unless it is a punishment for a crime, where the accused has been duly convicted by a federal judge.
AMENDMENT IX.
All citizens of Valston shall have the right to vote in any and all elections, no one shall be denied the right to vote based on their race, color, or gender. Federal prisoners may not vote while serving time in federal prison.
AMENDMENT X.
No person shall hold the office of the President for more than 2 terms. If a President has been elected for 2 terms, they may not run for Vice President or President after their second term has been completed.
AMENDMENT XI.
If the President is impeached by the House of Commons, or if they resign, the current Vice President shall be sworn in as President.
AMENDMENT XII.
If any President or Vice President, pulls a “N########here they resign before impeachment, that person may not run for any type of high ranking office, due to resigning before they can be impeached.
AMENDMENT XIII.
No person shall attempt to pass a new constitution without the consent of the Office of the President, all the group managers, the House of Commons, and the founder.
*EVERYONE LISTED MUST PASS THE NEW CONSTITUTION. IF ONE PERSON SAYS NO, IT DOESN'T PASS.*
AMENDMENT XIV.
Employment in more than 1 civil office is prohibited. Along with holding a civil office and holding a high ranking position in the military, It is prohibited.
AMENDMENT XV.
All departments shall have their own Trello board for organization purposes, to keep track of who is blacklisted, etc.
AMENDMENT XVI.
The office of the President will have their own Trello board to show who has an Executive Branch Blacklist (EBB), to show the threats to National Security, directorial and cabinet officials, bills that have been recently made into laws, etc.
AMENDMENT XVII.
If the current Vice President wishes to take a temporary leave of absence he or she must file a written declaration with the Secretary of the Senate, which shall inform the Secretary of his leave. While the Vice President is on leave, the Secretary will take complete control of the Senate and all Senate sessions. When the Vice President returns, he or she will regain complete control of the Senate and the written declaration shall be enclosed. The Vice President may not use the same declaration for every leave, he or she must write a new declaration for every leave.
