Question - would they be the same hats year-round? If you got a random hat for every birthday, then this would be easily abusable - someone would use Bots, get their randomized hat, and trade it to their main account. I LIKE TO SIT ON CHEAP COUCHES

The hats would be decided by ROBLOX, but I think they could be party hats, gifts or mini versions of the hats the user likes.

what about a weel kind of thing were there are stuff on the weel and u have to spin it to get a ideam and u can keep that ideam....maybe?
