Imperial 501st training Structure Draft --------------------------------------------- Tier 1 | Discipline Tier 2 | Combat Tier 3 | Knowledge Tier 4 | Leadership Each tier will have an accompanying test(s) that must be passed in order to advance to it. For example, in order to pass into Tier 1, you must accomplish the Discipline test(s). Each test will be graded by training Instructors, and will also be overseen by Commander at their personal discretion. Once all tests have been passed, and the Training Instructors will collectively deemed the 501st Trooper capable of a promotion, an Officer of the 501st or higher will inspect them. If the inspection is completed without incident, Lord Vader will be notified, at which point he can either accept and promote the 501st trooper, or he will veto, which will result in the 501st trooper restarting the Training. TIER 1 | Discipline Upon entry into the 501st, we must oversee how you interact with the environment while on-duty. This will see how disciplined you are while being overseen or sometimes not. You will be required to take a quiz that are simple questions that are the basics of disciplinary actions. You must pass with a 100% on the quiz or you will be forced to retake it. Once you have passed, you will then move on to TIER 2. TIER 2 | Combat You will be inspected on the battlefield and in duels to see your capability in the combat area. You will be tested in various of disciplines, such as sword fighting, gun fighting (CQC and long-range), and RCL. In order to pass TIER 2, you must gain a 4/5 rating in sword fighting, 4/5 rating in CQC and long-range, and 4/5 in RCL. You are required to meet those standards or you will not pass TIER 2. If you don’t pass, you will need to train in order to gain those ratings and retake the combat test. Combat trainings may occur. Different styles of Combat tests may occur to suit the strongsuit of the individual. TIER 3 | Knowledge TIER 3 will mainly be focusing on the Imperial 501st law and Imperial lore. You will need to read over the Imperial Policy, understand the laws and why they are there. The tests for the Imperial Policy and 501st law will change overtime focusing on different sections of the IP. Knowledge tests may also include lore on the Sith Empire. You must gain a 85% passing grade or higher in order to pass TIER 3. Trainings for TIER 3 may occur to go over the Imperial Policy but are not mandatory. TIER 4 | Leadership Lastly, this tier will test you on how you operate while in training's, patrols, drills, and even sometimes raids. You will be overseen on how you handle with stress on the battlefield and how you deal with insubordinate soldiers. In order to pass TIER 4, an Instructor or higher will need to oversee you in training/patrol/raid. Good luck and hail the empire,
