Intelligence Agency - Minor
Ethics Committee - Minor

Manufacturing department - Minor

Subdivisions DO NOT COUNT.
For example, a player can be in the Scientific Department (Major), Ethics Committee (Minor) and Scientific Department > Heavy Containment (Subdivision).
The second example, a player can not be in the Scientific Department (Major) and Mobile Task Force (Major).
Third Example, a player can not be in the Medical Department (Minor) and the Ethics Committee (Minor).
