In order to maintain discipline within the officer staff in the Federal States of America. The following needs to happen,
1) Respect your superior officers wishes and try to pay attention to everything they say. A big issue right now is miss communication and it leads to drama and arguments. Salute your superiors. You salute the rank not the person.
2) If you have a concern voice it out but do it properly. Do NOT go straight to the General in Chief suggesting that we make a new regiment so you can be a Colonel.
3) No speaking in formation. When you are formed up stop speaking in formation this includes Discord so the whole process goes smoother and everyone can see what the person in front of them is trying to say.
4) If you start drama you will be demoted to volunteer. We cannot have needless drama and people bossing other people around. It's not how leadership works and you obviously did not grasp your training.
5) Speaking with grammar is the most important thing you can do. Avoid using faces such as :) or :3 it make us look like our officers do not care. This goes for enlisted too they must speak in all caps at all times.
6) Enforce the rules and regulations but do it PROPERLY. If you have an issue with someone breaking our rules take a screenshot and contact a General they will send it up to the General in Chief and he will make a decision regarding the matter.
7) Admin is another issue. Let's all agree to disagree you all rely on it too much only use it when you are training. If you want to give an order to the whole team pm the team don't use H bar so the enemy can see it it looks unofficial.
Any Infringement on these rules results in your immediate expulsion from your position regardless of rank. the only person permitted to make these kinds of demotions is the General in Chief
