Ranks and Level.
Ranks 1-3 are normal customers. Ranks 3 need to attend trainings.
Ranks 4-7 are LR.
Ranks 8-12 are MR.
Ranks 13-15 are HR.
Ranks 16-19 are SR.
HR Ranking.
As you are a HR, you are allowed to rank people. You cannot rank one person all the time as it is not fair. You can also not rank people up by more then 1 one. If you do not obey that then you can be suspended. Only Rank people of: They pass interviews, Pass trainings or working hard.
HR demotion.
If you need to demote people for:
-Grammar:
Do not suspend them, tell them that they need to use grammar at all times and if they do not stop then rank then the rank below them. Do demote Trainees to Suspended, rank them from Awaiting Training to Valued Debater.
-Admin Abuse:
Admin Abuse is not tolerated at RD! If you see anyone AA then just suspend them.
-LRs/MRs Hosting Debates:
If you see this happen then suspend them.
-Rude to staff.
If you see this happen then give them 3 warnings. If they carry on then suspend them.
