**YOU CAN COMMISSION SOMEONE IF THEY MEET THE FOLLOWING**
- OSS Background Check [if denied reasoning will have to be declassified]
- Passed OCS within the last three months
**IF THEY DO NOT MEET BOTH THEY CAN BE COMMISSIONED BY**
- The Supreme Allied Commander
- The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
- Chief of Staff of the Army
- Chief of Staff of the Navy
If you're commissioning someone, fill in a form and ask the sitting Joint Staff Director for the code. (further information on Trello)
