I don't know if anyone else is having this but model thumbnails appear to take very long before approved? I've had my models up since June the 11th and update them every 2 days in the hope they'll be accepted. It's for my game as I need the thumbnails to show Players what vehicle they are selecting and all they can see is the rota and sand timer icon. In short, I'm confused as I see other models in the catalogue approved within 15 minutes and it baffles me. Any idea's on how to tackle this problem? Thanks!

How long have you been waiting? Also, if it takes any longer, just keep the game unpublished until they do. P.S. - Top Spin

Thanks for the replies. I've been waiting since the 11th since that's when I published them. Yesterday was the last time I updated the vehicles in the hope a proper thumbnail will appear. Today is still the same as they were; a moderation icon.

UPDATE: It seems newly created models are approved and given thumbnails automatically. I am still awaiting results on my other 2 vehicles whether it's because they have yet again slipped down in the list or the shear fact Roblox will not approve 'Updated' models. I will be messaging them to find out what is happening and when we can expect to see some changes.

UPDATE 2: I received a reply back from them regards to model thumbnails. They stated they are, "Currently working to ensure it's resolved" followed by and also requesting us to, "Continue to watch for further updates". I admit that I do think Roblox has a great team of staff who are very efficient at tackling pressing matters in the community plus dealing with them in an orderly matter, although I am convinced there is a small maintenance group who, with problem appearing update after update, work hard to tackle bugs and glitches left in newly written code. In a nutshell, I believe Roblox is doing their very best to resolve matters, regardless whether it's minor or major. Sure, they can't deal with every single problem in Roblox and have it dealt with in a day, but their efforts to keep the smooth sailing going definitely gets them a long way. For that, we will just have to wait a bit longer but it will be worth it for us and for them.
