My main account has 2-step-verification enabled but the problem is that I tried to log in yesterday but this time IT'S NOT SENDING ME THE CODE AND I CAN'T LOG IN. I seriously need help!!

I absolutely hate this system. As soon as I (if I) get my account back, I'm disabling this dumb feature. Account protection just locked me out of my own account and that makes no sense.

@Jordan I did send a pass reset and changed my pass, but I still have to get that dumb ol code to get into my account.

UPDATE: A ROBLOX member responded to my email and said that "we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience" and that they're aware of the problem and working on it. He said that players should keep attempting to log in periodically. This is good news for me, because now I know I'm not losing my account.

UPDATE: Nothing has happened and I still can't log in. I emailed ROBLOX again but they said the same thing. JUST FIX IT ALREADY!!! I can't wait to turn this thing off once I get my account back.

Dude when I needed help I ####### roblox and they gave me support if it works and u get into your account turn the # step thing off so u don't have to go through all this again

Update: Emailed ROBLOX for the final time and they did an amazing job. They disabled the feature on my account so I could finally get in without having to get a dumb ol' code. They said I could reset the feature when I log back in, but honestly, this feature is useless if you have a safe and secure pass, along with not falling for scams or giving your pass away. So overall, I got my account back and I was successful.
