Roblox develop isn't working

So, whenever I try to edit my game, It says "The program can't start because icuin56.dll and icuuc56.dll are missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Why is it saying this? It hasn't happened before though... Can someone help me? Should I install icuuc56.dll and icuin56.dll?

Find a program that adds missing DLLs. I would provide a link but Roblox is an overprotective parent.
