In a blog post from Roblox regarding whether Linux support would be added in the near future (which was from years ago), it was said that one of the main issues holding them back was poor video driver support.
Well, I have the NVIDIA drivers installed on my Ubuntu system, so what's the holdup? I think that if Linux support is added, it should at first be for more technically minded users (which is usually what Linux users are anyway), and then transition to others when that becomes feasible. I'd like to at least get my hands on a .deb file to install in the meantime. |
