Chapter One - How to rank up.
To rank up, you can either use the Application Center (https://www.roblox.com/games/869912494/Lake-Side-Cafes-Application-Center#!/about)
This is for ranks Supervisor and below, if you want to progress you must attend an interview held by a Manager+. See chapter 5 for more info.

Chapter Two - How and when to use the admin.
The admin is a tool and mustn't be used for fun. Any fun commands like ":sparkle" or ":fling" are banned. Serious and helpful commands are the only commands allowed
Commands like :bring and :to are allowed but are not to be abused. Any violation of this will result in your mod/admin being removed.
Ranks that get mod/admin.
Manager - Chief Executive Officer get MOD
Vice President - President - Admin
Co-owner - Owner - Owner/Creator

Chapter Three - How to talk to customers.
Customers are to be talked to with the utmost respect. You must use full grammar and call them either "Sir" or "Ma'am" depending on their
gender. You must report any trolls to a Mod or an Admin, do not take it upon yourself to sort one out.

Chapter Four - How to talk to higher ranks.
Higher ranks, like customers, must be respected. However, unlike customers, HRs can tell you what to do, if one does you must do it. There are exceptions though, if a HR abuses his power
report it to their superior. When speaking to a HR you must also use grammar, and if they wish, call them by "Sir" or "Ma'am"

Chapter Five - What to expect in an interview.
For HRs:
The questions you must ask are:
What position are you applying for?
What previous experience have you had as a HR before?
What can you do to improve the cafe?
How long have you been playing Roblox? (Make sure to check on the user's profile.)
Why do you deserve this position?
Fix this sentence: i pomrise to be a gud EmploYYEe
Standards:
All people must use grammar at all times, allow two mistakes before dismissing them from the interview.
Their answers must be well structured and be quite lengthy.
Try to let only 60% ###p##p######s#### interview.
Once the interview is over you must rank them ONE rank above their current rank.
People who pass interviews do not require training, only those who apply through the Application Centre.
