Banned account bidder?

My Idea is that they setup a way that we could bid on a banned account and get their items. They only tell you a little bit about these account. Maybe the age of the accounts, their badges, whether or not they had bc. maybe it could be a raffle system, or a bidding system, but ultimately one of you will win that account and whatever is in it.

Support, It would keep people from hoarding a ton of limiteds and getting banned to make them seem more valuable.
