The following is to be read mainly by citizens, capitol staff and government officials. Here are the requirements to become a CS:
- Must be a Middle Class Citizen+
- Must have no criminal record.
- Must have been hired by a government official.
- Account must be over 30 days old.
- Must read this document the whole way through.

In order for your capitol staff to be promoted you must PM the current Governor.
To be hired, you must attend an interview hosted by a Government Official, once they interview you they may decide on if you’re the right person for the job. Government officials may also handpick their capitol staff members as they wish.
The rank capitol staff is not a position within the Government, it only means that you have been hired by a government official to assist them on completing assignments, etc.

Rules & Guidelines:
- Capitol Staff may not enter the capitol building without a proper reason. (An example of a good reason would be: Meeting another government official, completing a task for another government official)
- Capitol Staff must not commit any crime within the county, doing so will get them demoted without any warning.
- If any Capitol Staff is confused, they may ask questions to their government officials or Lt Governor.
- Capitol Staff must avoid being in trouble by any law enforcement.
- Government Officials may have no more than 2 Capitol Staff members.
- Capitol Staff members are required to attend meetings hosted by the Governor or Lt. Governor.
