All of Peaspod's videos are great. The Wiki has some good written tutorials, as well.

Two great tutorials that I used to start scripting were the "Hour of Code" tutorial by UristMcSparks and the "Roblox University" series of tutorials are very good. You can find the Roblox University tutorial on the Roblox wiki, and the Hour of Code on the Roblox blog. You can also find them both on youtube!
