Campaign against 2222 ⇒ [WB] The Roblox Assault Team will be using Outpost Aquila (found at this place link roblox.com/games/757847602/Roblox-Assault-Team-Outpost-Aquila) as their fort. ⇒ [WB] The Elder Blades will be using Fort Xzypher (found at this place link roblox.com/games/791164693/Fort-Xzypher) as their fort. ⇒ [WB] Black Wolf Empire will be using Operation Blacklight (found at this place link roblox.com/games/783471282/BWE-Operation-Blacklight) as their fort. ⇒ [WB] The Kiddy Clan will be using Fort Tazalar II (found at this place link roblox.com/games/597354859/Fort-Tazalar-II) as their fort. ⇒ [WB] All base updates must be approved by the opposing side’s HI-COM before they occur. ⇒ [INV] Defensive victories do not count toward the war score. They are only for morale. ⇒ [DV] Raiding multiple servers is allowed. In RAT’s case, this means all three opposing clan’s forts can be raided at once along with multiple servers being allowed at each. ⇒ [DV]: Both sides MUST set EACH fort’s server sizes to 40. ⇒ [WB] Both clans should have a raid code that includes a unique code, time, and date. ⇒ [DV] Failure to defend a server that could have resulted in a victory for raiders will result in a win after 15 minutes has elapsed. This must be submitted as a video to count. ⇒ [INV]: Both groups can only raid and defend between the hours of 1PM - 5PM and 7PM - 11PM Sunday through Saturday. This means the raid MUST be started within this time period. The time period between the hours of 5PM - 7PM will serve as a break for both sides. (EST) ⇒ [WH]: A Discord server will be created for the sole purpose of war negotiations and raid warning messages. Each individual will be assigned the role of their delegated clan. ONLY HI-COM members and trusted Officers/High Ranks will be included in this server. ⇒ [INV] The opposing side MUST be warned on the designated Discord server at least 5 minutes before each raid. The warning does NOT require acknowledgement from the opposing side, just as long as it is present in the Discord server. Warnings can only be given during the designated war times.The warning MUST include which forts will be raided and thus require defenders. ⇒ [DV] Defense leaders MUST have admin in order to properly conduct the defense. ⇒ [WB]: Admin abuse is prohibited and can potentially result in an auto-win. If an individual is accused of admin abuse, the issue will be discussed on the Discord server until a conclusion is reached. ⇒ [INV] Both sides are either raiding OR defending. You can NOT raid and defend at the same time. ⇒ [WB] Each clan is to implement a script to kick all members outside of the participating factions. The Roblox Assault Team will provide the opposing clans with this script if necessary. ⇒ [WB] The usage of allies is strictly prohibited. ⇒ [INF] Both sides are to abide by the ROBLOX Terms of Service. ⇒ [INV] Exploiting and cheating of any way, shape, or form is strictly prohibited. Any victories gained with the usage of exploits will be invalidated. ⇒ [WB] All participating clans are required to alter their administrative commands so that logs of usage of the commands are public for anyone to view at any time. ⇒ [INV] Counting a victory obtained before the official start of the war that is agreed upon by both sides is strictly prohibited. ⇒ [INV] Screenshots of raid victories must contain both the raid code, AND the leaderboard. A reasonable amount of the place must be shown in order to validate that the fort being raided is in fact an official fort of the war. ⇒ [INV] The usage of mercenaries from this point on is strictly prohibited. If evidence is found, the mercenaries will be banned from the opposing fort. ⇒ [INV] Each raid has a time limit of 60 minutes. If the raiding team owns the terminal when the time limit is reached, the raid will continue in overtime until the raiding team either wins or the terminal is fully reset by the defending team. ⇒ [INV] In the occurrence of exploitation or DDoS, the raid will result in a void and be invalidated, however if the terminal was controlled by the raiders with a score of 1000 seconds/83% or more on the terminal timer, a win will be granted to the raiding side. ⇒ [INF] Glitching will vary depending on fort rules. For example: RAT and BWE allow glitching where TKC and EB do not. Glitching includes wall flings, SJing (Super/Sword jumping), corner glitching, and frog jumping. Fly glitching will be prohibited at ALL forts. ⇒ [INF] Speed accessories will be prohibited. If someone is caught wearing a speed accessory, the individual will be warned to remove the hat from their avatar, then kicked/banned if the request does not get met. Examples of speed accessories: Wings, tails, sword packs, etc ⇒ [INF] No spamming. If an individual is found abusing the chat system it will be up to the authoritative figures in the raid to decide the individual’s fate. There MUST be suffice evidence provided after the encounter to warrant the removal of the individual. ⇒ [INF]: Lag-switching is NOT allowed. If an individual is caught lag-switching, they will be removed permanently from the current raid and possibly the rest of the war depending on the situation. ⇒ [JUST]: Fort rules MUST be followed. If fort rules contradict the war terms, the war terms are more supreme. Violations of these war terms will lead to several punishments, that may range from an invalidated win to a premature, outright declaration of victory - though these specific punishments are reserved for only the largest violations. The above war terms were tagged with specific punishments (which can be interpreted in any way depending on the severity), which will be elaborated on below; ⇒ [WB]: Withhold Base, should one faction violate a war term labeled with this tag, they may inactivate their fort until the problem is solved ⇒ [INV]: Invalidate, should one faction violate a war term labeled with this tag, the server will be invalidated and will not count towards the official warscore ⇒ [DV]: Default Victory, should one faction violate a war term labeled with this tag, the opposing faction will gain one victory towards their warscore ⇒ [INF]: Infraction, should one faction violate a war term labeled with this tag, the opposing faction must remove the perpetrator from the server. ⇒ [WH]: War halted, should one faction fail to meet a mandatory war requirement, the war will ultimately be put on hold until further notice. ⇒ [JUST]: Justification, serves as a notice/warning that clarifies an important aspect or potential point of confusion. Base negotiations can be done separately on the designated Discord server. These terms are merely guidelines to ensure a fair war. The war will officially begin on June 25th, 2017 (which, again, is negotiable), however both sides MUST acknowledge this declaration and accept these terms in order to officially begin war on this date.
