They have to do an application, it will show Roblox that there's some kids that don't fall for scams. How it works, when you start the application. You'll got to a server, it will have a bot pretending to be a person, so basically the challenge is to not fall for the scam, if you don't fall for it you'll be able to say numbers. But if you fail you can try again. Abuse rules: If caught saying abusive numbers, you'll be warned. After your last warning you won't get to say number until your a pre-teen.

numbers arent filtered just for passes they are also filtered because some safe chatters can give out their age etc.
