Hello, these are the rules for Novus Kadia.

[1] No advertising on the wall.
[2] No spamming on the wall.
[3] Do not ask for trainings/promotions.
[4] Treat higher and lower ranks with respect, any HR should be referred to as Sir or Ma'am.
[5] A uniform must be worn at any group event or place.
[7] Hacking or Exploiting is forbidden.
[8] Obey any requests from any Trainer/HR.
[9] Do not wear any uniform that you have not earned.
[10] Do not argue about punishments by HRs on the wall, any complaints must be sent to a High Command member.
[11] Do not be a total nuisance during trainings.
[12] Wear the uniform at all group places.
[13] Use grammar when on-duty (Being on-duty includes wearing the uniform).
[14] Listen to what the Trainers/HRs have to say, it may be useful information.
[15] Don't follow HRs into games without their permission.
[16] No begging for recs.
[17] If you see a Trainer abusing screenshot it immediately and send it to a High Commander.
[18] Don't copy the uniform.
[19] Please don't act foolishly towards an HR+.
[20] Being on duty includes:
Being present at group places.
Recruiting for new members.
Speaking of Novus Kadia.
Being in uniform does not mean you're on duty, however, you should not tarnish the reputation of our uniform.

[1] Don't abuse the shout, only use it for when you're hosting an event (Make sure to put the previous shout there as well!)
[2] Don't promote anyone to a trainer rank without permission from the High Command.
[3] Do not promote anyone past the rank of [LR] Dragoon without the full uniform
[4] Treat lower ranks with respect
[5] Act professionally at trainings
[6] Use grammar to the best of your ability when on duty.
[7] Make sure events are fair.
[8] Follow all rules for all ranks.
[9] Be kind to trainees
[10] Try your best to not give too many recs.
[11] Do not accept bribes for promotions or recs.
[12] Show respect to ranks that are higher than you.
[13] If a trainee is breaking any of the rules above, you are allowed to kick them after 3 warnings
[14] If someone joins for unrelated reasons, you are not to kick them immediately, try and recruit them first.
[15] Don't use fun commands - unless permitted to do so by the Lord General+.

Lower Ranks to The 4th Middle Rank: Unlimited
Fifth middle rank - Ten
Sixth middle rank - Five
First high rank - Three
Second high rank - Three
Third high rank - Two
HICOM Commissar - Three
Lord General - One

Trainers, if you're going inactive for whatever reason, please notify a High Commander and you will attain your rank. If you are inactive for more than 2 weeks, you will be demoted. Trainers are expected to host at least 2 trainings a week.

In the order they should be used:
[1] Verbal Warning
[2] Verbal Warning
[3] Sit out of event
[4] Kick
[5] Ban
Trainers may not remove recs, only the high command may do this - if you see someone removing recs you must notify high command immediately and you may restore the recs yourself.
If a user reaches warning 4 an HR3+ should be notified.
If a trainer or above reaches warning 3 the overlord should be notified.
