Fix the Guest Rank Permissions in Groups

Why in the hell would they remove the ability to change Guest permissions? Now every time you make a new group the guest permissions are auto locked to be able to read the group wall and shout. This update ruins the point of secretly raiding enemy bases as well as what is said on the group wall. I don't know how old this update is since I just came back to ROBLOX, but I seriously recommend this be changed so that I may keep what is said in my group private to my members. --Progenitor Karasu
