The year is 3042, technology has advanced. Due to a government controlling the whole world, that's how the technology advanced. However, despite technology being such a great thing, as well as curing diseases that would be deemed life threatening, there is a great cost. There is no freedom of speech, right to bare arms, the government is a monarch, the punishments of crimes have been even crueler, and any government official could say a person did something, without supplying evidence. The story is set in the slums of this world. Prince Markeeta the IV is in this area to give a speech. The rebel group " Z3R0 DAY" plans to kidnap Prince Markeeta the IV, as well as steal weapons from their portable armory, which is in a Giant APC, that is the size of a house. The Monarch sends in a group of elite bodyguards, nicknamed " The Guardian Angels. " The Rebellion sends in a elite Assault unit called "THE PH0ENIX ASH UNIT." Meanwhile, Prince Markeeta's Sister, Prince Malivka, is secretly working for Z3R0 Day, and feeds them some information The Z3R0 Day Rebellion originated in Germany, ####### ######## Russia, and some countries in Africa, but has expanded into other countries.. The Monarch has originated from Russia, England, Germany, and France. The slum area is in Penza, Russia, or what is left of it.

Storyline: He was part of the bloodline, and next to rule, until his uncle made him look like a traitor. At the age of eleven, he was to be executed publicly. Luckily, a bombing happened, giving him time to leave. At the age of 16, he joined the Irish Freedom Fighters. He bombed places, killed, and stole. Soon, Irish Freedom Fighters were raided by the "Anti-Rebel" Squadron, and they bombed the HQ. Most died, got arrested, or got crippled. Those who didn't, live in fear. Leon is one of them. At the age of 23, he established the Z3R0 Day Rebellion. Today, he is 27 years old.
Rules:
Faction Rules: You cannot claim to own the Monarch group, or the Z3R0 Day rebellion. You can however create a small street gang that commits crimes like murder, or robbery, however, I don't suggest doing so, considering street gangs are greatly despised by the Monarch, and will get mopped up. You can have a street gang that kills people, yet operates in secret, but you don't have much perks.
Roleplay rules: Similar to the ATF Roleplaying guide.

Species rules: You can either be a robot, human, cyborg, or Synthetic. No demons , werewolves, vampires, etc. This is a war, not a twilight fan fic.
RP disagreements/ FRP debates: Please handle disagreements in a polite tone. Either solve your problems with the person, or if its not sorted out, I'll have the final say
Other video game characters: Please do not rp as characters from video games, anime, movies, books, etc. You can have some adjectives that are similar to the character from that source, unless it completely changes this rp, then no. You cannot be a Naruto Hokage.
Don't be a special snowflake: Nobody is the main character. You are not the protagonist. Everybody is important in this RP. Including you. I mean, unless you want to rp as a guy who just sits in the background, then... well... go ahead.
Gun rule: There are guns that we have nowadays that are allowed in rp (Except nukes), but lets get into the futuristic weapons.
The LV: A laser sniper rifle. It shoots lasers that put large gaps in your body, aswell as expose you to radiation
The Excalibur: A Laser Sword (This goes out to all of y'all who want laser swords) , it can cut through somebody like paper, however, it needs energy, and isn't reliable in full on war, unless in the trenches, then its deadly.
The Iron Light: A dualing pistol, designed for duals to handle public disputes. Not designed to kill, but deal great pain. This gun was created, mostly because they don't want to have a repeat of what happened with Aaron Burr, and you know who during the revolution war that happened in the late 1700's (I MISS YOU HAMMIE!) .
The Laser Sonic Wave Launcher: A Rocket launcher that sends Sonic Laser waves, that blow up, or slice somebody in half. The reload is long however, you have to hook it up to a generator.
Smertel'nyy gaz: Literally translates in russian to "Deadly Gas" . This gas makes you contort yourself, and flail your arms around. You feel a itch at your rib cage, which feels incredibly painful. You claw at your eyes, rib cage, and face. Soon, suicidal thoughts kick in. Then, if you didn't die from these symptoms, these symptoms kick in. Your throat closes up, suffocating you, your heart races, then stops.
